We want to inform you that Patient Triage is currently experiencing an outage.

Our technical team is working urgently to resolve the issue. During this time, you may still be able to submit a Triage request; however, GP practices may face delays or be unable to view and respond to these submissions.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to restore normal service.
